Great Strides Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time or part-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to work in our new clinic in New Smyrna Beach, FL.
This position currently qualifies for a sign on bonus of up to $2500 for BCBAs with an active certification!!BCBA's with Great Strides is responsible to complete supervision and program oversight to our skilled RBTs, in addition to providing some individual and small group instruction to children aged 2-18.
Services are provided in clinical and community settings, such as public and private schools.

Must have a minimum of a Master's Degree in Psychology or a related field andCertification:
Currently certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide quality supervision and program oversight to RBT's and BCaBA's on assigned cases Collaborate with families to assist them in determining short and long term goals Provide instruction for children with varying disabilities Use curriculum and methodologies/strategies to teach a variety of skill acquisition types such as play, communication, self-help, replacement, and academic behaviors Collect and input data daily Write and implement individualized behavior plans to include the use of PCM procedures Collaborate and work with other disciplines and community providers (such as school teachers) Work independently and demonstrate initiative
Qualifications:
Must be fun, upbeat, energetic, and creative Must be able to sit on the floor on the ground and move easily in this capacity Must be able to lift small children Must be able to teach and assist with toileting skills Additional perks to joining our team:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
